1. Q: What is the normal lead-time
A: Available stock ,5-7days( take time to pack) Regular products 15 days , customized production 25-50days.
2. Q:What is your terms of payment?
A:T/T 35% as deposit,and 65% before delivery. LC payment term , we can discuss if need.
3. Q:What are your terms of price and delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, or EXW + send goods to your shipping agent in China
4. Q:What is your sample policy?
A:We can supply the sample accordingly. If we have available sample , sometimes sample can be free , but shipping cost we can not
5. Q: Can you produce according to the customer's sample?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
6. Q:Do you test all your products before delivery?
